Vendor Right-of-Reply
The Aeqora Vendor AI Risk Index is a methodology-derived, independently maintained assessment. Vendors assessed in the index have the right to request a factual correction, provide additional context, or publish a response alongside their listing.
Our position on scores
Every score in the index is derived from the published scoring methodology and verified against publicly available information. Scores are not editorial opinions — they are the output of a deterministic process applied to objective factors: regulatory classification, decision impact, provider compliance posture, and deployment autonomy.
We do not take payment to alter scores. A score will not change unless the underlying facts change (e.g. a vendor publishes an EU Declaration of Conformity, or the regulatory classification changes).
What you can request
Factual correction
If a stated fact (EU provider documentation status, regulatory reference, score factor) is incorrect, we will investigate and correct within 5 business days. We will note the correction and update the lastVerified date.
Context statement
If you believe your risk score omits important context, you may submit a brief statement (max 200 words). We will review it and, if factually accurate, publish it as a vendor note on your listing.
EU Declaration of Conformity update
If you have published an EU Declaration of Conformity or equivalent documentation after your last index verification, submit the URL. We will verify and update your score accordingly (provider compliance posture factor).
Removal request
We assess AI tools that are deployed by EU organizations. If your tool has been discontinued or is no longer available in the EU, contact us with evidence and we will remove the listing.
What we will not do
- • Alter a score based on commercial or partnership arrangements
- • Remove a listing simply because a vendor objects to the score
- • Change the regulatory classification without a corresponding change in the law or the tool's use case
- • Publish a vendor statement that contains factual inaccuracies
How to submit a request
Email hello@aeqora.eu with the subject line Right-of-reply: [Tool Name].
Include:
- The specific listing URL (e.g.
https://aeqora.eu/vendors/[slug]) - The type of request (factual correction / context statement / documentation update / removal)
- Supporting evidence or documentation
- Your name and role at the vendor organization
We aim to acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
Transparency log
All factual corrections applied to the index are noted on the affected listing with the correction date. Context statements published at vendor request are marked as vendor-supplied.
The scoring methodology is published under CC BY at aeqora.eu/methodology. The classification ruleset is versioned and publicly accessible — any deployer can verify how a score was derived.
